Our Inspections are full visual Inspections and cover the entire property. The inspector will comment on fencing, paths, driveway, house exterior, guttering, cladding etc. Inside is room by room and includes moisture testing and laser floor level check, a check underfloor for insulation and the roof space also. The report will have a breakdown of each room inside commenting on windows, doors, flooring, walls, ceilings, lighting and heating.
